The property has its own pool (8.5x4m) and various terraces that offer sun and shade throughout the day. Distributed seats and comfortable lounge chairs by the pool invite you to unwind.
There is a brick outdoor grill and an outdoor shower with hot water.
The house is modern and fully furnished. On the ground floor is one of the three bedrooms and a large bathroom. Furthermore, there is a spacious and cozy living room, a separate dining room and a well-equipped kitchen. Via a staircase you reach the 1st floor with 2 further large bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom. For cooler months, there is an oil central heating, which can be optionally booked. The 'Casa Amigos' is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden with many Mediterranean plants that provide privacy.
